What is Expand?
Expand, is rare opportunity for an immersive yoga experience to awaken your inner power. Tuesday February 17, 2026 marks the beginning of the Chinese New Year, the year of the Fire Horse.
Last year was the year of the wood snake, a year of shedding, change, and releasing of old habits, ideas and relationships. From the cleared space we move into expansion and forward momentum, starting fresh with renewed enthusiasm to dive into unknown, reclaiming the direction of our journeys and dreams.

Guided by Nicole and Layla, this gentle meditation and breathwork session invites you to slow down, open and receive. Through conscious breathing and stillness, you’ll calm your nervous system, soften into the moment and create spaciousness within.
