108 - a marathon of the mind & body as we perform 108 sun salutations. A call to a practice in presence, a bridge between our internal state and the external universe. In yogic culture, 108 isn’t just a random digit—it is considered a "sacred number" that connects the individual to the cosmos. A day to connect our inner power and wisdom with that of the universal.
